Job Summary   The Protection Volunteer, with the guidance of Protection Field Officer and Protection Project Manager will support protection program activities in Akkar and Northern Governorates of Lebanon.   Duties and Responsibilities   Program Implementation Assist Protection Field Officer to implement Life Skills Training for men & conduct PSS activities for children and women;   Ensuring that referral pathways are functional based on the norms of ethic and confidentiality. Reporting and Information Gathering Collect  data of the implemented activities; Provide necessary data and information to Protection Field Officer for reporting.     Work Ethic Adhere to the standards of conduct outlined in the Programme Participant Protection Policy and Concern Code of Conduct Support the promotion of the standards outlined in the Programme Participant Protection Policy and Concern Code of Conduct to the team and to the beneficiaries, and be committed to providing a safe working environment Contribute to the establishment of preventive measures to reduce the potential for abuse in Concern programme (as per P4 section 6) Support Concern’s work in Lebanon by undertaking other tasks as appropriate and required   Job Requirements Knowledge of protection principles in humanitarian aid Knowledge of concepts of SGBV and CP Good experience in protection &  PSS Ability to provide simple PSS activities good communication skills, including training and facilitation good information technology skills Diplomacy, assertiveness and cultural sensitiveness
