HR and Finance Assistant
Responsibilities:
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for project staff and volunteers.
Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, timesheets, and attendance.
Process payroll and ensure timely payments for project staff.
Track project expenses and prepare financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial and HR policies, including donor guidelines.
Assist in preparing and submitting financial documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a university, with studies nearing completion. Preferred fields of study include Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
No experience required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
Knowledge of labor laws and financial regulations.
