The Editor works under the direct supervision of the Senior Filmmaking Mentor & Tutor, and reports to the Program Manager on all strategic and key decisions. The Editor takes full ownership of the editing of 4 short documentary films (max. 10 minutes each), while interacting with filmmaking participants on key elements under the Senior Mentor’s creative direction.

This role is essential to maintaining the creative and technical quality of the films while ensuring that post-production remains a learning experience for participants, not a task solely handled by professionals behind the scenes.

Financial proposal: Candidates are requested to submit a detailed fee proposal for their professional services only that are aligned with the sequence of activities and the specific working days outlined in the "Responsibilities" section. Please note that accommodation and transportation costs are excluded from this proposal, as they will be covered directly by the organization if deemed necessary for the project. Budget competitiveness will be a key evaluation criterion.
