Project Leader

Applicants interested in the position of the Project Leader for this project, should meet the requirements and be able to fully assume the responsibilities listed below.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Finalize the project design, work plan and timeline
• Finalize contracts and agreements with partners and trainers
• Work with Culture Resource’s Communications Coordinator on developing and implementing the project’s communication plan
• Manage the first call launch for applicants as well as the selection and notification
• Organize the training workshop (content and logistics)
• Develop and implement the production/publication plan with collaborators
• Contribute in the evaluation of the whole project with partners, trainers, and collaborators
• Manage the project budget
• Prepare the project reports

Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree in arts, communications, cultural management or any related field
• A minimum of three years of experience in the cultural sector
• Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written), French is an additional asset
• Knowledge of the cultural scene in the Arab region; experience in podcasts production is a plus
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience in budgeting and confidence in handling financial reports and figures
