Request for Proposals (RFP) For the Construction of Wastewater Networks, Rehabilitation of a Constructed Wetland and Rehabilitation of Wastewater Treatment Plants for Bekaa Water Establishment (BWE) and Beirut & Mount Lebanon Water Establishment (BMLWE).

As part of USAID/LWP, DAI is requesting proposals for the execution of above mentioned project.
Construction firms wishing to respond to this RFP should meet the following requirements:

  • Successfully executed, at least water/wastewater projects having a total value of at least $5 million over the last 5 years among which one project should have an amount exceeding $1 million.
  • Achieved a minimum annual turnover of $2 million over the past three years.
  • Classified as Grade 4 or above – Civil Works in the CDR and/or Category 1 in the Ministry of Energy and Water, experience with USAID is an added asset.

Interested construction firms may obtain the full details for the RFP from DAI/LWP Office, Jdeideh 19 Bldg., 1st floor, Pierre Gemayel Street, Jdeideh, Lebanon, between January 23, 2019, and January 28, 2019, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Interested firms must present a copy of their classification in order to receive the RFP.
