Request for Proposal- Irrigation & Agriculture Consultant

DCA aims to save lives and build resilience within communities in Lebanon that need support through the provision of protection services, basic assistance, and livelihoods support, among other sectoral interventions. DCA clears landmines and other explosive remnants of war to reduce safety risks and release of land to the population for improved socio-economic development. In all aspects of its programming, DCA Lebanon prioritizes working with local and national Lebanese organisations.

DCA is opening a request for proposal for irrigation and agriculture consultant for DCA projects, under a service agreement for 8 months.

Make sure to include the attached DCA request for proposal form signed and stamped (all the pages) or you will be disqualified. 

DCA condition for services must be signed and stamped (code of conducts)

  1. Proposal Submission Form duly completed and signed by the Candidate, including signing the code of conduct and conditions.
  2. CV. highlighting the Candidate’s experience in the specific field of the Services and his/her specific experience in the country/region where the Services are to be performed.
  3. Candidate’s legal documents, MOF number, VAT registration etc. (if company)
  4. Recommendation letters if available.
