DRC is simultaneously maintaining the efforts toward the vulnerable groups of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.For further information about DRC, please refer to our website: www.drc.dk About the jobThe HR/Admin Officer supports the office with both ad hoc and continuous tasks, constantly coordinates with line managers and relevant colleagues, and supervises the daily work. Ensures that all the recruitment of National staff lives up to DRC procedures and keeps all staff records up to date.  Facilitates the adherence of procedures relating to entry and exit of staff and visitors. Duties• Under the supervisions of the AFAHM, responsible of the recruitment of National staff in DRC Bekaa, in coordination with other departments and HR Beirut: advertisement of positions, screening of CV’s, reference checks, sends offers, and all related recruitment tasks;• Ensuring data of newly recruited staff is properly recorded on both the staff list and HR software with HR and Admin Assistant. Personnel information such as marital status, position, salary, leaves. • Ensure all administration files are complete, correct and have the relevant documents and signatures with the Finance and Admin Assistants.• Coordinate the registration of all employees with NSSF in coordination with Beirut HR.• Make sure with the HR/admin assistant all the entry and exit procedures are made for all staff in coordination with Logistics and safety Department;• Responsible for drafting and maintaining all Admin and Office contracts;• Represent DRC in meeting with National Insurance company• Supporting all visitors with travel, accommodation and visa and so on. About youTo be successful in this role you must have a University degree HR, business or related field area; Minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience. Ideally you will also have an appreciation of the Lebanese labor laws and regulations (NSSF, Income tax etc), employee benefits (allowances, health insurance). Extensive experience with Microsoft programs (Excel); Proven ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines; Fluency in written and spoken English. You must be available to start work from 1st of January 2016 and be willing and able to work in Bekaa.Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for National staff.
