Dar Al Amal is a Lebanese Non-Governmental Organization, founded in 1970 and registered in the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities under decree No 9176 in 1974.
DAA mission is Safeguarding Children & Women Rights by:
Supporting children affected by their family problems and social life conditions and to prevent and protect them from all sorts of risk.
Supporting young girls and women victims of violence, exploitation, prostitution and/or in conflict with the law, and to accompany them for their social rehabilitation and reintegration.
Program Coordinator position
The Program Coordinator reports directly to the program manager,supports the implementation of activities under the two main programs currently run by the organization: the Children Program and the Women’s Program.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and support program teams and maintain regular communication with center managers.
Follow up on ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and required standards are met.
Organize meetings with program teams when needed to review progress and address any challenges.
Adhere to monthly project budgets under the supervision of the Program Manager, ensuring proper and compliant use of funds.
Prepare monthly reports on center activities.
Contribute to designing activities for potential projects in line with beneficiaries’ best interests.
Conduct regular field visits and prepare visit reports.
Handle orientation and onboarding for new staff.
Fulfill donor requirements, including administrative, financial, and narrative reports.
