The Videographer will undertake the following tasks:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to understand the project objectives, target audience, and key messages for the awareness-raising videos.
- Develop detailed shot lists, storyboards, and production schedules for each of the 2 awareness-raising videos.
- Transform the prisoners’ stories into short animated videos
- Ensure high-quality video and audio recording, utilizing professional-grade equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all ethical guidelines, in the videos.
- Incorporate appropriate background music, graphics, text overlays, and voiceovers (if applicable).
- Ensure professional audio mixing, color correction, and overall visual consistency.
- Submit draft versions of each video for review and feedback from the Project Manager.
- Incorporate feedback promptly and efficiently to produce final versions.
- Ensure all videos adhere to the organization's branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Provide all raw footage and final edited videos in organized, accessible digital formats.

• Proficiency in professional video editing software.
• Ownership of or access to professional-grade video cameras, audio recording equipment, lighting, and other necessary production tools.
• Experience in conducting sensitive interviews and working with vulnerable populations, with a strong understanding of ethical filming practices and safeguarding.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of gender-based violence issues is a significant asset.
