Objectives of the Assignment:
The Videographer will be responsible for the production of high-quality,
impactful 2 short awareness-raising videos based on 2 stories that sensitively
portray the experiences of female prisoners and contribute to breaking the
stigma around gender-based violence (GBV) and reintegration.

Scope of Work and Deliverables:
The Videographer will undertake the following tasks:
- Collaborate closely with the
Project Manager to understand the project objectives, target audience,
and key messages for the awareness-raising videos. - Develop detailed shot lists,
storyboards, and production schedules for each of the 2 awareness-raising
videos. - Transform the prisoners’ stories
into short animated videos - Ensure high-quality video and
audio recording, utilizing professional-grade equipment. - Adhere strictly to all ethical
guidelines, in the videos. - Incorporate appropriate
background music, graphics, text overlays, and voiceovers (if
applicable). - Ensure professional audio
mixing, color correction, and overall visual consistency. - Submit draft versions of each
video for review and feedback from the Project Manager. - Incorporate feedback promptly
and efficiently to produce final versions. - Ensure all videos adhere to the
organization's branding guidelines and quality standards. - Provide all raw footage and
final edited videos in organized, accessible digital formats.
