The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy and creating content in order to increase Dawaer’s visibility.

Duties& Qualifications:

• High proficiency in Adobe creative suite with emphasis on Premiere and After Effects
• Strong social media video capabilities
• Demonstrated skills in photo editing/retouching
• Familiar with social media platforms, comfortable with best practices, asset specifications, restrictions and content guidelines
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Understand social media creative trends
• Strong portfolio of stills and/or video content
• Effective and efficient communication skills
• Desire to be part of building a world class production team.
• creative thinking with infectious enthusiasm for your work

Experience and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to media, journalism, communication or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with NGOs.
