The scope of work includes:
- Supply, delivery and installation of an 820 KVA diesel generator
Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of a new diesel generator set, prime rated 820 kVA, 380V, 3 phase-4 wire, 50Hz with generator mounted circuit breaker and control panel, exhaust system, anti-vibration pads, battery set and charger and all necessary cables, terminations, piping accessories, foundation bolts and fixing works.
The works shall include the integration in the electrical system, load testing, submission of O&M manuals, as built drawings and training to the end- user.
Contractor shall check the room ventilation and ensure it's inline with supplier recommendations and check the existing grounding system with all components and accessories for fully functional generator in the event of mains failure.
Location : Abo Halqa pumping station ( NLWE) – Tripoli- Lebanon.
- Contactors
Dismantling of existing faulty/ damaged contactors in addition to the supply, installation and connection of Class CB Automatic transfer switch ATS, BBM, with mechanical and electrical interlocks, 1600A, 380V, AC-33A, 50Ka Icu all with proper termination of power and control wiring as specified.
- Portable Fire Extinguishers
Dry Powder (Type FE-1), 10 kg capacity as specified
C02 (Type FE-2), 5 kg capacity as specified
Foam AFFF (Type FE-3), 9.0 liters capacity as specified
All works shall be performed by qualified personnel, ensuring minimum disruption to operations.

Technical Offer should include:
- Company details including full company name, full address, phone and email
- Copy of company registration certificate
- Company profile including number of employees (permanent / temporary in total) and number of professional staff qualified to perform the works, as specified in the eligibility grid for each lot.
- Reference projects of similar nature and commission values as specified in the eligibility grid for each lot
- Total value of works of similar nature as specified in the eligibility grid for each lot.
- Annual total turnover for each of the last three (3) years as specified in the eligibility grid- for each lot.
Offers must be in English, signed, dated, and stamped.
Refurbished items are not accepted.
All manuals must be provided in English.
A penalty of 1/2 % of the total purchase order sum will be deducted on each delayed week calculated from the due date of delivery.
If you do not receive written notification within four weeks after the submission deadline, consider your offer unsuccessful.
No reimbursement will be provided for submitted offers.
Sending your offers to any other email address or non-compliance with any of the mentioned conditions will result in rejecting your participation in this tender.
All Products / items with Origin Russia or Belarus are not accepted by GIZ Office and Projects due to sanction list against Russia and Belarus.
