Background of the Project  

On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), (GIZ) GmbH is implementing the Lebanon Cluster north at the Chekka Office location. The cluster will implement various projects in cooperation with different authorities. The procurement measure includes the following projects

  • 21.4059.8-001.00 - Peaceful co-existence in refugee hosting communities in Lebanon
  • 21.4061.4-001.00 - Support of disadvantaged peripheral neighborhoods through cash for work measures in Lebanon

Context

Office equipment must be procured for the project staff to be hired for the above-mentioned project as part of the team's procurement measures at the Chekka office..

Tasks/Items requested from the Bidder  

Provision and delivery of the office furniture is requested according to the specifications in the attached Terms of Reference "TOR" sheet.

The offers shall be submitted in English language only.

The offers shall be signed & stamped.

The financial offer must be in USD only (USD) including taxes, should be valid at least for Three Months after the submission date (Please mention it in your offer).

Please state the latest delivery date possible.

Please state your prices including delivery cost to Chekka.

You shall not be reimbursed for your submitted offers.

Technical and Financial offers/Proposals (in two Separate PDF files),

Technical Offer/Proposal which consists of:

-           Company’s Portfolio, Background and Experience

-           Company’s legal documents (registration papers, tax registration, etc)

-           Furniture Specifications with pictures 

Financial Offer, which should consist of:

-           Financial Offer/Proposal in USD with Taxes/VAT and Registration  

-           Financial Offer/Proposal includes the date and the company’s sales tax number

All bidders who fail to submit the mentioned documents will be disqualified.
