Networking Events Planner

Tasks:

Mapping of the main actors in the value chains in which we are intervening in Baalbek-Hermel

Expected Output: a geographical map of Baalbek-Hermel showing the actors that are involved into the networking activitie

For each value chain:

• Description of the relationship between actors and the power balance / deficiencies / abuse among them.
• Analysis of gaps in relationships (information asymmetry, absence of direct relationship, etc.) and how to address them
• Developing a list of events that can help addressing these gaps with purpose of each one, list of actors to attend, etc.
• Develop a timing / plan for these events.
• Take into account the importance of visual representation of value chains ecosystem

You will have to work closely with our cooperation partners in Baalbek Hermel.

Previous studies and data will be at your disposal.
