Request for Quotes (RFQ) 03-01/22: Mass Texting Service

Under WFP’s in-kind 2022 Programme, DCL is requested to distribute rations for beneficiaries from Tripoli warehouse (in Bahsas area) to three distribution sites (Tripoli – Mina; Minieh and Dennieh – Syr); Beneficiaries should be invited to the distribution sites via SMS to inform them about the details (date, time,place) based on which they can receive the food parcels for which they are eligible.

DCL is looking for a supplier to provide the following tasks:

• Sending customized bulk SMS to the beneficiaries
• The message should contain variables for date, duration, site address, and others variable fields
• Sending up to 1000 SMS as one bulk
• Proof of the status of reception for each recipient
• Counter for used SMS and remaining SMS at the end of each bulk sent
• Friendly interface that can take data from Excel sheet
