Request for Quotes (RFQ) 01-01/23: Mass Texting Service

Under WFP’s In-Kind 2023 Programme, DCL will be distributing on a monthly basis (until December 2023) rations to pre-selected beneficiaries. These beneficiaries will be invited to the distribution sites via an SMS that will include details like the date, time, and place of distribution.

As such, DCL is looking for a supplier to send customized bulk SMS to the beneficiaries. Each SMS should contain variables for date, duration, site address, and other variable fields to include any necessary information, as per the programme’s requirements.

It should be noted that:

• Each bulk SMS distribution should contain up to 5000 SMS.
• The supplier should be able to provide proof of the status reception for each recipient.
• The supplier should be able to provide easily the number of used SMS and remaining SMS after having sent each bulk SMS.
• The platform used for the service should have a friendly interface that allow to extract the SMS data (phone number, date sent, status) into Excel sheets.
