Under the WFP School Snacks 2025-2026 Programme, DCL Office is seeking quotations for the supply of stationery and office items for the period from September 2025 to December 2025. The supplies should meet the specifications outlined in the Item Specifications section.

 

SUPPLIER ROLE

 

The supplier should:

 

    1. Source the Items as requested below.
    2. Provide detailed pricing, specifications, and availability.
    3. Deliver upon order, the needed items to DCL Office, North Lebanon, Tripoli, Dam w Farez, Malak 2 Building, 7th Floor.

  • Administrative documents to be sent by email or phone, and must include:
  • The company’s portfolio and list of references, including name, phone number, and proof of the specific collaboration (signed and stamped).
  • Certificate of Registration before the Register of Commerce (شهادة تسجيل الشركة في السجل التجاري)
  • Company Commercial Circular (اذاعة تجارية)
  • Certificate of registration before the Ministry of Finance (وزارة المالية) شهادة تسجيل الشركة في
  • Financial proposal should be sent to DCL offices within a closed and sealed envelope.
