(RFQ) 32-09/25: Supply of Non-Food Items for School Kitchens

PROGRAMME DETAILS

Under the framework of WFP’s School Feeding Programme, DCL is seeking to contract a supplier for the provision of Non-Food Items (NFIs) required for the preparation and distribution of meals.

The items will support:

  • Cold meal preparation (sandwiches and fruits/vegetables) to serve up to 11,800 children registered across 26 schools (with food preparation taking place in 5 of these schools) in North Lebanon and Akkar.
  • Hot meal preparation in up to 3 community kitchens located in North Lebanon and Akkar.

The items include:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
  • Cleaning & Sanitation Supplies
  • Safety & Hygiene Items
  • Other Kitchen Utilities

The list of requested supplies is presented below in the Non- Food Item Specifications section, along with the approximate total quantities and the respective specifications

BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS

All bidders should submit the following:

1.      One sealed envelope with the inscription: “RFQ 32-09/25 Do not open before: Wednesday, September 24th, 2025”. (Bids will remain sealed from receiving up to the opening). No other inscription should be included on this envelope. Inside this envelope, there will be two smaller ones as follows:

A. The first one will be titled as “Minimum Requirements” and should be sealed and stamped. It should include:

  1.      The Annex A form, fully and accurately filled in, signed, and stamped (Annex A).
  2. The company’s portfolio and list of references, including name, phone number, and proof of the specific collaboration (signed and stamped).
  3. Certificate of Registration before the Register of Commerce (شهادة تسجيل الشركة في السجل التجاري)
  4. Company Commercial Circular (اذاعة تجارية)
  5. Certificate of registration before the Ministry of Finance (وزارة المالية) شهادة تسجيل الشركة في
  6. MSDS and TDS sheets of solutions to be used

B. The second one will be titled as “Financial Proposal” and should be sealed and stamped. It should include: Annex 3 signed and stamped.

Failure to submit all the above components or comply with the instructions will disqualify the offer.
