Job Overview:The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the DCL human resources department, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and practices. This position involves working closely with DCL management to develop strategies for recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, and interviews processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor laws and organizational standards.
- Monitor and support staff training and professional development programs.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Develop strategies to promote a positive work culture and ensure staff well-being.
- Support management in creating strategies for achieving gender balance in the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree education level, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- AND/OR Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely updates and accessibility.
-Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus
