Protection Assistant

Looking to hire a protection assistant to coordinate the protection related operations linked to in kind distributions in the North. 

• Coordinate quality, timely and effective protection responses to the needs of populations of concern
• Identify opportunities to mainstream protection methodologies and integrate protection safeguards
• Ensure compliance of staff with global protection policies and standards of professional integrity in the delivery of protection services
• Implement staff building capacity in accordance with adequate international guidelines and technical manuals
• Provides guidance to the protection staff
• Submitting Referrals to the relevant organizations

• Bachelor degree in social work or psychology - desirable but not a must
• Proven administrative experience in protection referral and protection activities coordination
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in protection case management in local or International NGOs
• Good English and MS Office skills
• ToT training in protection highly desirable
