Introduction: 

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) established in 2003, is a nongovernmental, secular association that works through a wide range of networks of civil society organizations (CSOs) to meet the needs of the local community on the basis of sustainable development. These relationships are part of the organization scale up ability.

DPNA’s Vision is to have a democratic and non-violent society where all citizens enjoy their rights and freedoms. As for its Mission, it is to educate, empower, mobilize, and enable citizens to change and meet the needs of the communities specifically the marginalized groups in rural, bordered, and poverty areas, on the basis of human rights and sustainable development.

DPNA in collaboration with PLAN under the project “Inclusive Humanitarian Assistance for Vulnerable Population in Lebanon 202” is is seeking quotations from qualified money disbursement agency to provide third-party money transfer services in Lebanon. The selected service provider will be responsible for disbursing funds to beneficiaries in a secure, timely, and cost-effective manner. Disbursement of 100USD for 1200 different beneficiaries in the Alay, Chouf, Zahle Areas.

All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

• Quotation received
• Commercial Register Certificate
• Certificate of Registration at Ministry of Finance
• Not subject to legal proceedings from the court (Clean Judicial Record)
• Copy of the ID of the representative of the company
• License to operate in Lebanon.
• Proven track record in money transfer services.
• Ability to disburse both LBP and USD.
• Nation-wide network coverage.
• Ability to process bulk disbursements.

Evaluation and Selection Criteria: 

Evaluation and Selection criteria will be divided as follows: Technical 60%, Financial 40%.

All works should be delivered after one week of agreement letter as per schedule.
