General Objective of the program: By the end of 2020, multidimensional child poverty in Lebanon is reduced with increased national and community level action for children. Terms of reference: A Field Officer will be responsible to carry out the following tasks: To participate to the training course conducted in the framework of the project. Participating in setting the action plan for the related activities. Following up the daily activities of the project The field officer will supervise the field staff (social worker). Having the responsibility for following up the updated database and the files of the children. To work in a close collaboration and coordination team work in the drafting and implementation of the activities. Preparing with the team the weekly schedules of the activities Maintaining regular communications with municipalities and with the organizations and other stakeholders in the community. Any other task relevant to the position. Monitoring and supervision Monitor the well achievement of the project activities. Identifies issues and problems with scope and progress of the project. Identifies any changed circumstances. Submit all monitoring and evaluation tools and participate in the monthly and the end of project report. Reports to: The Field Officer will work under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and will report to him on a Daily, Weekly and monthly basis through a short summarized report including what already have been achieved and what’s the upcoming plan. Having a car is a plus.
