- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide reproductive health consultations and check-ups including for preconception care, antenatal, postnatal, family planning counselling; screening and treating reproductive tract infections; breast and cervical cancer screening.
- Providing patient education through individual or group awareness-raising sessions.
- Provide training and support as needed to the project’s team including the volunteering community mother and peer educators.
- Advise patients on how to cope with the symptoms of menopause and perimenopause
- Performing examinations on patients to diagnose various gynecological conditions, prescribing suitable medications, and agreeing a follow-up plan.
- Advising patients on suitable birth control options
- Recording on and updating patients' medical records.
Work Experiences:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gynecologist/Obstetrician
