The program is seeking for the services of a consultant with expertise in conducting project evaluation study.
In coordination with the Humanitarian Program Officer, the consultant is expected to perform the following tasks:
• Develop the evaluation methodology and approve it with Humanitarian Officer and Diakonia partner team.
• Conduct the necessary background review on the project documents
• Develop an evaluation study of the project
• To present the findings with Diakonia and its partner team
The consultant will receive all the necessary documents from Diakonia accompanied with the Child Safeguarding policy.
The consultant will work with the Humanitarian Program Officer and discuss the methodology with partners in the field. The consultant will develop a workable timeline and work schedule in consultation with the Humanitarian Program Officer.
