Logistics Facilitator – Hap Workshop

Purpose of the Consultancy Between 15th and 17th December, Diakonia Lebanon Office will carry out a three-day workshop on HAP jointly with Christian Aid to partner organizations in Lebanon. Diakonia is looking for a logistic facilitator who has documented similar experiences and has been engaged in CSOs capacity building for international and national non-governmental organization in a humanitarian context. Expected tasks and outputs Prepare, conduct and analyze pre and post evaluation questionnaire to be used at the three-day workshop; Take note of the three-day workshop and a report of the training based on the notes and the workshop. Facilitator shall prepare a booklet on HAP in Arabic based on the information shared in the workshop. Facilitate other logistic related to the three-day workshop mainly food and coffee breaks. Time frame The assignment should start before the three-day workshop in December 2014 and should be finalized by end of December 2014. The exact time line will agreed upon and stipulated in the contract between Diakonia and the consultant.
