The Outreach Officer is an operations-based consultant role at the Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) Lebanon Beirut Head Office, reporting directly to the Program Manager. This position is responsible for the strategic mobilization of youth and priority groups within Beirut, Mount Lebanon (BML), and North Lebanon.
The role is defined by several core pillars of responsibility:
Mobilization & Strategy: Developing and implementing outreach plans while coordinating field activities with local partners, including NGOs, municipalities, and universities.
Field Engagement: Conducting regular field visits to ensure inclusive community outreach and supporting stakeholders in understanding program eligibility.
Selection & Enrollment: Managing the end-to-end beneficiary process, which includes screening applications, conducting structured interviews, and verifying eligibility to ensure a transparent selection process.
Inclusion Advocacy: Actively promoting the participation of women, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
Data & Reporting: Maintaining accurate databases of applicants and selections, preparing regular mobilization reports, and ensuring strict organizational data protection standards.
Stakeholder Representation: Serving as the organization’s representative in community meetings and outreach events to raise awareness about digital learning opportunities.
