DOT Lebanon is looking to engage a trainer to conduct training/workshops for DOT Lebanon trainers on facilitation skills and techniques.
The purpose of the workshop is to strengthen the capacities of DOT Lebanon’s trainers to deliver interactive and engaging training.
The workshop should highlight the dos and don'ts of good facilitation, enhance the trainers’ engaging techniques and shed light on the guidelines of training, especially when dealing with youth, school/university dropouts, and underserved communities.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
- Train and equip a team of a minimum of 35 trainers in facilitation and communication skills
- Prepare the training agenda and objectives
- Develop pre-post tests for training
