II.Curriculum Development
- Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize documented trainee learning.
- Employ appropriate learning strategies to communicate subject matter to trainees.
- Develop instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Employ available instructional technology, i.e. the internet, interactive technology, when appropriate.
- Develop instructional materials in accordance with course objectives.
- Incorporate core competencies into curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Experience in teaching or training in social media marketing
- Excellent English language working knowledge
- Excellent Arabic language working knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong independent research skills
