1. Background and Objective:
Donia for Sustainable Development is inviting bids from qualified and legally registered suppliers to supply, pack, and deliver 80 Food Kits and 80 Hygiene and Personal Care Kits. These kits are dedicated to supporting the families of vulnerable girls enrolled in the association's development programs in Tripoli, in response to the current economic challenges.  

2. Scope of Work & Key Requirements:
Financial Offers: All prices must be quoted in US Dollars (USD).  
Strict Health & Safety Packaging: Suppliers are strictly required to completely separate food items from hygiene items. Food items must be packed in a durable, sealed cardboard box, while hygiene products must be packaged independently in separate boxes or thick, securely sealed plastic bags to prevent chemical scent contamination.  

Delivery Timeline: The selected supplier must guarantee full delivery to the association's center in Tripoli within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of contract signature.

3. Eligibility & Submission Documents:
To be considered for evaluation, bidders must submit:
Legal Documents: Commercial Registration, Tax Registration, and VAT certificate (if applicable).  
Financial Offer: A detailed stamped quotation in USD outlining unit and total prices for all items, packaging, and logistics/transportation.
Product Specifications: Clear list of proposed brands, origins, and expiration dates (minimum shelf life of 6 months upon delivery).  
Delivery Commitment: A written pledge confirming the 3-day delivery timeline.
