- Technical expertise:
- Conduct a thorough desk review of the national legal framework in which national case management systems operate.
- Review existing resources and tools developed by the program and update based on needs and context.
- Oversee all technical aspects on the projects and provide advice to the teams and partners
- Conduct a vulnerability assessment in order to provide recommendations to tackle the main problematics emerged and to put an action plan and strategy to address all needs.
- Conduct and coordinate technical discussion with relevant stakeholders including government technical departments, donors, and NGO partners in order to implement common standards
- Contribute to research into the lives of children and their communities, and the policies and practices that impact upon them, with particular regard to Child Rights and Child Protection Management
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Contribute to develop new proposals related to Child Protection sector.
- Ensure child protection risks and strategies are assessed on a regular basis.
- Design of child protection interventions.
- Regular field visits to monitor implementation of programs and to provide technical guidance.
- Establishment and support of monitoring and evaluate the child protection system.
- Ensure that all activities are in line with Dorcas system for child protection and national Sops
- Identify training needs and provide training accordingly, follow up trainings and regular coach to the CP staff to the staff.
