- Plan the activities by doing field assessments
- Plan activities of the center in close collaboration with the SW and the psychologist
- Supervise the team of social workers
- Monitor their jobs in order to respond to the refugees needs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in the regions working with the same population
- Collaborate with SW colleagues to identify participants for the sessions.
- Attend meetings
- Refer traumatized cases to the psychologist for counseling and assistance.
- Conduct home visits to assess the needs of beneficiaries.
- Conduct field visits depending on the follow-up to be provided to each beneficiary.
- Conduct working groups with women, men, youth and children
- Accompany beneficiaries during recreational activities
- Manage the petty cash of the community center/Prepare payment requests related to the community center activities
- Perform administrative and secretarial support functions
- Report to the country office
- Responsible for Dorcas visibility.
- General office management for the community center
- Any other tasks as requested by country office
