Developing programmes in line with Dorcas policies, Dorcas Annual Plan and with an eye on funding possibilities;
Managing and monitoring high quality implementation of humanitarian and early recovery projects;
Providing leadership through managing, capacitating and coaching of the local staff and partner organizations in project implementation;
Designing budgets and monitoring expenses of the projects implemented by Dorcas and its local partners;
Supporting logistic, financial and administrative project affairs;
Developing new projects and proposals for institutional donors;
Timely submission of internal reports and reports to institutional donors according to their requirements;
Providing technical advice and support to field staff and partner organisations;
Contributing to strategy and policy developments;
Program staff recruitment;
Representing Dorcas at relevant sector meetings;
Networking with relevant donors, government institutions and other stakeholders;

• Experience with raising funds and managing projects funded by Institutional Donors;
• Experience in writing proposals, capable to pursuit, set goals and to achieve them;
• Fluent command of English;
