- Provision of MHPSS service:
- Assess psychosocial needs of children using Dorcas tools
- Design a tailored action plan to respond to the of each child
- Ensure the implementation of a quality MHPSS intervention for children in need
- Establish long-term and short-term objectives that ensure safety and stability and enhance the flexibility of the child
- Ensure psycho-education and support for caregivers when needed.
- Refer beneficiaries to specialized services when needed after collaborating with case worker
- Use various communication means (written, spoken, drawn, etc.) during sessions to ensure effective inclusion
- Support and contribute to effective implementation of project objectives;
- Ensure 3 days a week presence and rotating between Ghbeiry and Msaytbeh based on preset appointments
- Participate in the Dorcas trainings as and when requested (according to time)
- Document any protection concerns or any incident/ act that causes harm to beneficiaries and report them promptly to the Line Manager and to the MHPSS TA
- Respect principles of data protection and security, and all guidelines of documentation within the project and keep data records
- Maintain complete individual files for each person, including detailed description of services provided
- Internal and external reporting
- Ensure a close coordination with the case worker to assess the improvement of the child and give her recommendations
- Provide internal reporting to the line manager and to the MHPSS TA on outcomes according to Dorcas internal tools
