Main Tasks Identification and selection of beneficiaries Perform Household Assessment, interviewing beneficiaries on their (immediate) needs. Explain he objectives of the project. Mobilize community support and participation in various community based activities. Filing and documentation of all visit reports and follow up reports for vulnerable families. Updating database. Conducting surveys and studies as requested. Decides on: who will be assisted (beneficiary selection) Coordination with the partner DWA Conduct awareness session on GBV and Reproductive health Coordinate with the team members Lead the sessions with men and Youth male Coordinate with the outreach volunteers Knowledge and Skills Understanding of the beneficiary community and knowledge of customs, habits, religions and traditions of various beneficiary groups; Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with other people, both individually and in groups, developed reflective ability and assessing ability; Knowledge of interview techniques and counselling methods.       Contacts With Beneficiaries to address their needs in the best possible way; With other community actors to advocate and mediate on behalf of the beneficiaries; With project team member to cooperate in a smooth project intervention; With community center manager as leader of the project.
