- Collect the service mapping in Bekaa area and referral pathway;
- Attending virtual or online trainings on safe identification and referral, PSEA, employee engagement, and PFA

- Address protection issues that intersect with their formal mandates and sector-specific responsibilities
- Engage collectively to achieve meaningful protection outcomes that reduce overall risks to affected
- Provide information to communities and beneficiaries about the complaint mechanism process in place, the principles the organizations it adheres to, how it expects its staff to behave, the programs it is implementing and what they intend to deliver, and assist beneficiaries in claiming their rights.
- Ensure the delivery of humanitarian assistance that is principled, timely, effective and efficient, and contributes to longer-term recovery
- Ensure people’s access to impartial assistance in proportion to need and without discrimination
- Encourage and facilitate community engagement through getting feedback from the beneficiaries to provide feedback on their level of satisfaction with the quality and effectiveness of the assistance received, paying particular attention to gender age and diversity of those giving feedback.
- Conduct trainings to all enumerators on protection mainstreaming, how to identify protection risk cases in a timely manner, and to conduct Safe Identification and Referrals.
- Provide specific information about any protection cases during the distribution.
- Refer cases with protection risks to other specialized protection activities and conduct the needed follow up to make sure the cases are being followed
- Follow-up on the protection risk cases through a referral tracking system, which includes the case number, description of the case, agency referred to, and the means of follow-up.
- Perform ad hoc monitoring visits to contracted shops in order to identify protection risks in shops and report on it, in an effort to ensure the protection of all beneficiaries.
- Report to the line manager in a timely manner with a high standard of accuracy.
- Visit the main office in Dora when necessary
