Data Specialists (Intermittent Part-Time): Science Equipment Data Verification and Data Entry   Project descriptionDeveloping Rehabilitation Assistance to Schools and Teachers Improvement (D-RASATI) will improve educational outcomes in Lebanon by improving teacher and student performance, increasing community and parental involvement, and improving the school learning environment. D-RASATI is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Title: Data Specialist: Science Equipment Data Verification and Data Entry (multiple positions)Summary: D-RASATI is seeking data specialists to verify and enter science laboratory equipment data as needed using data management software.  Data collection and entry will be in English. Tasks required: Attend training on science lab equipment standards and data collection methods Visit public schools to verify data on their existing science laboratory equipment inventories, using a standard form and process Enter verified data into an Access database in English   Qualifications and skills:   Junior or Senior University student or above, with science or science education specialization (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Medical Laboratory, Science Education) Knowledge of science laboratory equipment names and types Familiarity with Access preferred Precise, accurate and detail-oriented with self-monitoring skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English Duration and working hours: The science equipment data specialist post is a part-time intermittent (non-permanent) post in which the candidate should be able to work at least 5 consecutive hours at a time.  Application and contact details:   Interested qualified candidates are requested to submit their resumes to hr@d-rasati.org.  To ensure the timely review of your credentials, please insert “Data Specialist -- Labs” in the subject line of the email.  Only finalists will be contacted.  Our hiring is limited to Lebanese citizens.
