Invitation to Bid | ITB # ITB/2024/001 Videographers- Media Agencies

Embrace, in collaboration with UNICEF, is seeking a skilled and experienced media agency to document project activities and produce high-quality visual content, including both photography and videography. This content will enhance the visibility of our partnership and showcase the impact of our work in the mental health field. The material will be used on social media and other communication platforms to highlight the programs’ effectiveness and stories of change. 

Confidentiality 

Embrace will treat the content of all tenders/quotations as being confidential and information provided in the tenders will be used for the purpose of deciding on the award of a contract as described in this document. 

Objective 

Embrace is requesting the below services:

Photography: Capture at least 20 high-resolution images per session that cover a variety of activities, including portraits of beneficiaries and program activities. 

Videography: Record and edit a minimum of 5 reels per session (60-90 seconds each) suitable for use on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), with English captions or subtitles where needed. 

Editing and Post-Production: Edit photos and videos  to meet branding guidelines and optimize content for social media formats. 

Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure that all content respects and sensitively portrays the subjects involved in the project.

Conflict of Interest 

Any conflicts of interest involving an applicant must be fully disclosed to Embrace. Failure to disclose a conflict may disqualify an application or invalidate an award of the contract. 

Financial documents: 

The bid shall be based on list of specifications and prices. 

The currency for the bid shall be in US Dollars 

Any other expenses should also be included in the above rates and prices. No additional expenses will be covered.
