Grants Manager at Embrace NGO

Major Activities:

All position activities are supportive roles completed in coordination with the Director of Strategic Partnerships

• Researching funding needs
• Determining funding needs
• Identifying support agencies
• Optimizing grant administration process
• Managing timelines and deliverables
• Preparing and monitoring budgets
• Tracking grant applications
• Supporting in grant writing
• Coordinating with research and communication departments to exchange information
• Supporting with administrative tasks as needed to fulfill reporting and implementation requirements set by donors
• Engaging with donors as required for inquires, follow up and reporting

General Skills:

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, excel to manipulate financial reporting
• Budgeting and accounting experience
