The Awareness and Outreach Officer plays a critical role in promoting the organization's mission and projects through effective communication and awareness and outreach activities. They are responsible for raising awareness about the organization’s services, the National Lifeline, and events, as well as engaging with target audiences through various channels. They will take part in various capacity building trainings and workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance visibility and impact. The Lifeline Awareness and Outreach Officer should be willing to coordinate and deliver sessions in the South of Lebanon in the region of Saida and Tyre.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement Awareness and Outreach Sessions
- Work closely with coordinator, partners and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution;
- Conduct mental health awareness and outreach sessions and booths;
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to target audiences;
- Collect and compile data from A&O activities, including participant feedback, attendance, and visual documentation;
- Complete data entry on A&O activities and their outcomes to provide insights and recommendations for improvement;
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all outreach activities.
