I- GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the project is running on time and according to budget, monitoring the progress and indicators of the project, project reporting, coordinating with the external and internal teams involved, contacting, and communicating with stakeholders and third parties, addressing evolving challenges pertaining to day-to-day operations of the project and ensuring operations and activities run smoothly. Responsibilities also include proper documentation and archiving of all documents pertaining to the project.

III- MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting any needed research on the project/interaction concept and its implementation models globally and adapting it to the local context.
- Coordinating and meeting with local stakeholders relevant to the implementation of project activities.
- Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment and material.
- Coordinating and implementing workplans across team members involved in the project and ensuring all team members are on track in delivery of project requirements and timeline.
- Meeting with project personnel to communcicate updates and resolve any issues related to project delivery and implementation.
- Documenting and monitoring project plan, schedules, and expenditures.
- Maintaining and archiving all documentation related to project activities.
- Coordinating with all focal points involved in the project including partners, operational organizations, and donor organizations.
- Peparing and tracking project budget and reporting on monthly basis.
- Preparing periodic status reports and sharing them with relevant parties and stakeholders.
- Ensuring efficient allocation of availble resources.
- Managing beneficiary satisfaction within the project activities delivery
- Overseeing project procurement plan.
- Developing and implementing reporting tools to monitor work plans and expenditures and ensure quality standard delivery of project activities.
- Engaging in risk management analysis to reduce risks associated with project implementation and completion.
- Submitting post-project evaluation report analyzing project impact and challenges.
- Engaging in other project related responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications and other software needed for the job
• Experience with project management software tools
