1. Objective

The project aims to enhance the operational efficiency and market performance of 20 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and 5 cooperatives across various sectors in North Lebanon. It delivered customized training, coaching sessions, and tailored services to enhance their business management capabilities and facilitate access to new markets.

• Capacity:          650 bar/hr
• Material & Construction:          Cutter, Made of Stainless steel 316 for parts in contact with soap; Belt conveyor SS 304
• Heating System:           with pneumatic piston and swinging system
• Conveyor dimensions:   Length of 150 cm with width of 10 cm (body width 12 cm
• Discharge System:        Belt conveyor which take the soap bar from the cutter to packaging stage
• Safety & Hygiene:         Bar length defined manually by changing sensors position

3. Requirements & conditions

The service provider is required to deliver all items to Tripoli along with workers/helpers available to assist with loading and unloading products, as and whenever needed.

4. Company qualification

The company must have the following valid legal documents:

• Commercial Circular
• Fiscal Certificate of Incorporation at the Ministry of Finance
• VAT Certificate of Registration if applicable
• ID of company’s authorized representative(s)

5. Evaluation

• The quotation’s evaluation process will consider following with assigned weights:

6. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made through bank cheques
• Payment will be made after 20 business days after the last delivery and submission of final invoice.
• The cheque amount will be subject to applicable bank fees.
