Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales Expert and Marketing Executive will assist in preparing the yearly marketing plan including setting efficient marketing strategies, budgeting, and the promotion of products in Lebanon.

Deliverables:

  • Inception Letter describing approach, methodologies, and implementation modalities.
  • Analysis of the general sales strategy of the beneficiaries and restructuring when needed.
  • Establish an overall analysis on each of the food production units which will formulate the approach in which the strategy will be developed based on their specified needs.
  • Establishing commercial relationships by contacting potential buyers, from wholesalers to retailers of all sizes.
  • Executing short-long term deals with buyer within the value chain to sell these production units’ products.
  • Develop a detailed action plan for each of the production units to implement their suggested sales strategy on the long run. This will allow these unit to sustain within the market.
  • Each customized sales strategy should be presented to the beneficiaries.
  • Handling, overseeing, and ensuring a successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluating and tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives while reporting findings
  • Continuously monitoring the market, upcoming trends, and competitive moves.
  • Overseeing the development of social media plans and reviewing relative content, and developing Influencer Marketing Strategies
  • Developing market linkages through an e-commerce platform
  • Launching research activities (primary research such as In-depths interviews, focus groups…) needed for any new initiative (New brand, products, services…)
  • Liaising with designers and creative teams to create the content
  • Integrating newly acquired products within the IMC plan
  • Creating the right CRM strategy including receiving customer feedback and developing scripts for helpline
  • Developing templates necessary for advertising or media jobs such as the creative brief, media brief, social media calendar
  • Organizing experiential marketing/brand activations and ensuring its presence in key events such as trade shows, conferences, and/or festivals.
  • Final report on the deliverables.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business, marketing, sales or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
  • Proven experience in sales and market analysis
  • Drives results
