FRF is looking to hire an advocacy advisor to establish the map after conducting 1:1 interviews with the groups to check their activism, willingness to networking, and their target audiences and regions.
Functions/Key Deliverables Expected
- Develop the methodology of outreaching the youth and women groups in Beirut and Mount Lebanon
- Conduct bilateral meetings with existing active youth and women groups and check their scope of activism, focus, target groups, and their level of partnership
- Submit a map of active youth and women groups based of the outreach methodology and bilateral meeting.
The job should be delivered within two months from the start date.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Masters/PhD in Law, Social Sciences, International Affairs, or any relevant field of study.
- 5 years’ experience in outreach and mapping
- Relevant training experience or professional experience in Gender
- Extensive knowledge in Gender
- Proven experience in preparing and delivering trainings in Gender.
- Proven ability to manage dialogue in an intercultural setting and of sensitive material.
- Proven high communication skills in a clear, precise, and structured way.
- Proven high efficiency in developing an interactive, engaging, and creative presentations, including PowerPoint presentation.
- Excellent command of Arabic language and good command of English language.
