Job Description:
FSF is Looking for a Business model Expert to conduct a 15 hours workshop and 75 clinics (1 clinic per startup) for 75 startups within the Bridge Program.
This program is a youth empowerment project launched with ASMAE and funded by Citi Foudation.
Business Model Roles and responsibilities:
Business Model Canvas Workshop:
Learn about the Business Model Canvas and its importance in the world of startups and entrepreneurship.
Overview of a business operating model using the Business Model Canvas by evaluating Key Activities, Resources, and Partnerships.
Get inspired with examples.
Clinics:
Highlight importance of stakeholders' interview results in building the BMC.
Competitive Analysis exercise (what makes them stand out?) + Revenue model & revenue streams (high level pricing strategy to be clear, target number of customers, how will they
generate revenues to become sustainable? etc.)
Follow-up on the startups' progress, program alignment, quality of deliverables, and hear the startups' feedback over the program.

Technical offer outlining the proposed training approach and methodology
Financial offer indicating the proposed cost per training hour or total cost
Evidence of similar experience, including previous trainings delivered (references or contracts if available)
Copy of MOF registration and valid ID
⚠️ Tax Compliance Note:
In case the selected trainer does not have an MOF registration, a tax deduction of 8.5% will be applied to the total contract value, in accordance with applicable regulations.
