Farah Social Foundation is implementing a project, to reduce hunger and improve the health and well-being of the community through access to healthy and nutritious foods, targeting pregnant and lactating women in Beqaa Area.
In this framework, Farah Social Foundation is seeking to partner with a Community Kitchen located in the Beqaa area. The kitchen will be rented along with the use of all available equipment and tools, and the agreement will include all operating costs such as gas, electricity, water, detergents, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
The selected kitchen will be responsible for preparing 400 pots of hot meals daily, each pot serving one household of five people. This service will be carried out over a period of 120 days across 6 months.
The bidder should have the capacity for executing the following as per the project’s specifications and requirements as below:
- 400 pots of hot meals should be cooked and ready for distribution on daily basis (1 pot serves 5 persons).

2. TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in two sealed envelopes: Technical and Financial (as detailed below).
3. TENDER DOCUMENTS:
The Supplier shall complete and submit the following documents:
3.1 FINANCIAL ENVELOP: (Sealed and stamped):
- Filled RFQ (Request for Quotation) Prices and information to be filled in the cells highlighted in yellow – RFQ to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
- Legal Documents (Commercial Register or Certificate of Registration by the Ministry of Interior and municipalities, MOF Registration Certificate)
3.2 TECHNICAL ENVELOP: (Sealed and stamped):
- Code of Conduct form (available in PDF on Daleel Madani) - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
- PSEA form (available in PDF on Daleel Madani) - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
- Kitchen Profile showing similar experience in Lebanon during the last 5 years and kitchen presence in Beqaa area by providing reference letters (at least 3), from other NGOs or Companies.
- Quality Control Certification or Food Safety Audit Report from the Ministry of Health, ISO, or similar.

Bidders who do not submit the required documents will not be considered for the bid.
