Farah Social Foundation is implementing a project, to reduce hunger and improve the health and well-being of the community through access to healthy and nutritious foods, targeting pregnant and lactating women in Beqaa Area.
In this context, Farah Social Foundation is seeking a transportation service provider (company or individual) based in the Beqaa area to support the delivery of hot meals as part of this project.
The service includes the daily transportation of 400 pots of ready-to-eat hot meals, with each pot serving 5 individuals, to 400 households over a period of 120 days within 6 months. Delivery will be conducted using 4 vehicles (buses or trucks), each assigned to deliver approximately 100+ pots per trip to different destinations in the Beqaa area.
After completing the distribution, the same vehicles will return the empty pots back to the community kitchen for cleaning and reuse.
The bidder must have the capacity to meet the following project requirements:
- Ensure timely daily delivery of 400 hot meal pots to 4 separate destinations in the Beqaa area.
- Each vehicle must carry and deliver around 100+ pots per day.
- Ensure the return of all pots to the kitchen after each delivery.

2. TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible service providers (companies or individuals) are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in two sealed envelopes: Technical and Financial (as detailed below).
3. TENDER DOCUMENTS:
The Supplier shall complete and submit the following documents:
3.1 FINANCIAL ENVELOP: (Sealed and stamped):
- RFQ filled, priced, Signed & stamped (in the highlighted cells in yellow)
- Commercial Registration Certificate: Showing the business License or equivalent.
- MOF registration Certificate: Showing the Tax registration number (if available) / Bidders who do not have MOF registration will be subject to 8.5 % tax deduction from their Invoices.
- ID of the Legal representative
- Delegation of authority or power of attorney (In case the Legal representative is not the owner)
- Driving License (s), vehicle registration or proof of ownership documents (Car ID...), valid mechanic fees receipt, and valid insurance policy.
3.2 TECHNICAL ENVELOP: (Sealed and stamped):
- Code of Conduct form (available in PDF on Daleel Madani) - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
- PSEA form (available in PDF on Daleel Madani) - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
- Reference sheet: Proof of previous experience in similar agreements or tenders (at least 3).
4. CLOSING DATE:
Deadline for bids submission is 26 of November 2025 at 2 P.M. Beirut Time.
Please take into consideration the following:
- Carefully read the RFQ dossier and its annexes.
- Clearly mark the envelops (Envelope 1. Financial & Envelope 2. Technical) both sealed, signed and stamped. Please add the name of the service provider (company or individual) on all envelops.
Bidders who do not submit the required documents will not be considered for the bid.
