Agriculture Engineer

Farah Social Foundation is looking for an agriculture field engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to coordinate and follow up on FSF different agricultural projects.

Job duties:

  • Report to the administrative the progress of the projects.
  • Coordinate and inspect FSF 4 agricultural nurseries
  • Conduct trainings and capacity building for small-scale farmers
  • Follow up on the distribution of seeds and seedlings based on the season
  • Develop a seasonal calendar that should be followed. 
  • Conduct monitoring visits to FSF beneficiaries
  • Follow up on the Azolla pilot project
  • Manage FSF agricultural assets
  • Prepare weekly reports to FSF management
  • Perform others duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Rashaya

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Agriculture. Masters is a plus.

Masters and certifications are plus.

Proficiency in English and Arabic (writing, speaking, reading). French is a plus. Microsoft office skills.
