Case Worker (Nabatiye Area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage referrals and case management for PSS (Psychosocial Support) activities.
• Conduct community-based PSS sessions to support individuals and families.
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and service providers to ensure effective case referrals.
• Maintain confidential and accurate case records, ensuring compliance with protection and safeguarding policies.
• Support awareness-raising activities on mental health and psychosocial well-being.
• Participate in coordination meetings and capacity-building trainings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in case management and PSS.
• Strong knowledge of GBV, child protection, and mental health frameworks.
• Experience working with vulnerable communities and local stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic (English or French is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide two references.
• Must have a car.
