Human Resources Officer will be responsible for staffing and recruitment: recruitment strategies, preparation of the job descriptions, posting vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding for new joiners, as well as workforce planning forecast; all onboarding and off boarding documents including NSSF documents, effecting performance appraisal and assessing the training needs to develop staff and motivate them. Implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficiency of the work aligning with the strategic role of the organization.
Job duties:
Write, update and implement human resources management policies, strategies, procedures and processes.
Create and update the job description and the job analysis.
Prepare the recruitment requisition form, ensure the approvals & advertise the job posting.
Source, archive CVs and update talent pool, reply to the applicants.
Shortlist, interview, and select the suitable candidate with the coordination with the supervisor and the Project Manager.
Send regret letters to candidates.
Handle the onboarding process for the new joiner.
Handle the enrollment process for the new joiner as well as the off boarding process, ensure the receipt of all the documents required and prepare the respective NSSF documents in both cases.
Maintain an updated list of the employees and data.
Create a workforce planning forecast for the future vacancies.
Handle the performance appraisal for the staff and identifying the successors (stars).
Assess the training’s needs, create career development plan for the staff.
Handle the Payroll & Pay slips, manage and update all changes.
Respond to the employee’s inquiries and prepare all documents requested: Work certificate, Embassy Certificate, Salary Certificate…
Respond to employees’ concerns and coordinate with the Project Manager to solve problems.
Handle the preparation of different types of contracts and follow up on the renewal.
Prepare the internal communication.
Update the Organigram regularly.
Perform others duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources. Masters & Certifications are plus.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (writing, speaking, reading). French is a plus. Microsoft office skills.
