Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct focused Psychosocial Support (PSS) sessions for individuals and groups.
- Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) to individuals experiencing distress.
- Assess beneficiaries’ psychosocial needs and provide appropriate support.
- Refer cases to specialized services when necessary.
- Maintain confidential case records and ensure ethical case management.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and participate in community outreach activities.
- Support the development and implementation of awareness sessions on mental health and psychosocial well-being.
- Participate in trainings and coordination meetings related to PSS and protection.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in psychosocial support or case management.
- Strong knowledge of PSS, PFA, and protection principles.
- Experience working with vulnerable communities, including women and children.
- Fluency in Arabic (English or French is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
