Social Worker (Nabatiyeh area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct focused Psychosocial Support (PSS) sessions for individuals and groups.
• Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) to individuals experiencing distress.
• Assess beneficiaries’ psychosocial needs and provide appropriate support.
• Refer cases to specialized services when necessary.
• Maintain confidential case records and ensure ethical case management.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and participate in community outreach activities.
• Support the development and implementation of awareness sessions on mental health and psychosocial well-being.
• Participate in trainings and coordination meetings related to PSS and protection.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in psychosocial support or case management.
• Strong knowledge of PSS, PFA, and protection principles.
• Experience working with vulnerable communities, including women and children.
• Fluency in Arabic (English or French is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
